Neil Kirby - Semi final presentation
Presentation title - "Choices"
Sometimes in life we find ourselves feeling uncomfortable, unsure what will happen, perhaps fearing how things will work out or what others might think. At least that’s how I felt about recording this video!
We can decide it’s not that important or find a reason to avoid the issue. Or we can step out of the comfort zone? And when you make that choice - you just might be surprised by the results.

Honest, genuine and real. Makes you want to stay tuned. Always related message to his own life, which made him interesting to listen to.
I think he could help a lot of people as he comes across not only knowledgeable, but caring.

Neil Kirby makes very good messages about taking positive action, risk and making choices and I can imagine him being good at sticking with it through coaching someone through difficult times.
Something consider in future in a talk is spending less time on self,
preparation, own fears, dullness and problems and preparation, as it was a bit uncomfortable to hear and slow even though it did work in well for the points being made.

I liked – Personal sharing of difficult time for himself.
Improve – clasping and wringing of hands during the presentation was distracting.
Overall Liked – The linking of not being in his comfort zone to how a client could be out of their comfort zones.
