Can I vote for more than one person?
Yes you can. The only thing you can not do is vote for the same person more than once in each round of the competition.
Why do I have to register to vote?
We decided to make registration a key part of the voting process to prevent multiple votes being cast for the same contestant. When you register you are sent a confirmation email containing a link, if you don't click the link you will not be able to register your vote.
I don't live in Great Britain.....can I still vote?
Yes you can. Whilst the competition is to find the "Top Coach" from within the emerging talent here in Great Britain you can vote for the contestant(s) you like regardless of where you live or your nationality.
I've registered but I'm having trouble logging in to cast my vote?
If you are using Internet Explorer you need to make sure you either have your Internet Options > Security set to "Medium-high" (or lower) or you add BNTC to your trusted sites.
If you are using Firefox, Safari or any other browser then you need to allow your browsers to accept cookies from BNTC.
We have tested all of these browsers, and if you make these cookie setting changes you will be able to login and cast your vote.
I've not received my confirmation email
If you have registered but not have not received your confirmation email then click on the following link and enter the email address you registered with. The system will then generate a new confirmation email for you. www.britainsnexttopcoach.tv/users/forgotten
I've forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password click on the following link and enter the email address you registered with. The system will then generate you an email that contains a link in it that will take you to a page where you can reset your password. www.britainsnexttopcoach.tv/users/forgotten
Why do the videos keep starting and stopping?
This is a bandwidth issue and it’s generally caused by 3 reasons:
- Too many people in your locality are trying access the internet. You might not known this but everybody gets access to the internet through the same BT cable that goes to the local BT exchange and at peak times that cable just does not have enough Bandwidth to handle the high volumes of traffic wanting internet information. Unfortuneatly just because you might have a 2mb Broadband connection doesn’t mean you will always get 2mb download speeds.

Check and see if you have lots of other things going on on your computer at the same time you're playing the video. We've found that skipping is worse if you're trying to play multiple videos at the same time or if you have a large number of programs while watching the video.
You can also try pausing the video to let it download fully, then resume playing when it has completed downloading. Flash makes big demands on your processor during the download phase, and this can cause playback to skip.
- The server we are using is based in America (that’s were you can get the best deals on high volume video hosting) and often when America is fully awake (4.00pm to 7.00pm UK time) there are too many people trying to access the hosting servers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted playing. This is a problem that is regrettably beyond our control.

This competition is designed to introduce the public to the solutions being put forward by the self help and personal development profession.
